busy quick lane In general the service was great. The check in person was courteous and helpful. We found out when we got up the mountain going home that the tech had missed tightening the cap to the antifreeze. We had antifreeze every were. we refilled the resivour and called the Quick Serve and they had me bring the car in. The manager personally took my car in and checked all the fluids, steam cleaned the engine compartment as well as washed the car. When people are real busy accidents happen. The center took care of things and made the me satisfied. I would give them an A- instead if the normal A. More
