Emergency repair I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it woul I had to have my car towed to the dealership on a Saturday afternoon. I had been having issues and had taken it in previously and was told it would be fine to drive and to go back in 2-3 weeks as they were busy and wouldn't get to it. Now I have a problem. I got there and had to leave my car, there was no loaner car and the rental car places were all closed. Luckily after an hour or so, I was given a ride home only because I spoke with the person who sold me the car. I did get it back by Wednesday but I am not sure the problem was totally solved. I can drive it but it is still not running smoothly, More

I let them know I was pretty much stranded without a car and I was told they would look at it late Monday. I received a call late Tuesday that it still was being diagnosed. I called early Wednesday morning to arrange my day and it still wasn't done. They were still working on it when I arrived mid afternoon & the cover for under the glove department was not in place. In addition, there is a scratch on my console that was not there previously. Now that my vehicle is out of warranty I will looking for a service center that isn't quite so busy. More

Karie Smith not only called us back but she also took our word and got us approved with out being there in person. Then it took longer to get to the Dealership than expected. We got there 30 minutes before they closed and they still gave us time to shop, we bought a different vehicle than the one we came for ( good job Karie ) they completed the paperwork we signed and drove away. We are extremely happy with our new Explorer and Phil Long Ford. More

I went out to look at several makes and models and went to Phil Long Ford to see what Ford had available. Received excellent help from their very experienced sales person, Walter Banks. Based on his advice I bought a Ford Escape and I couldn’t be happier. Recently on a trip along the Blue Ridge Parkway in the mountains of Virginia and the Carolinas I averaged 33.7 mpg, which included going up and down the mountains every day for 3 weeks and usually driving 30-40 mph along the mountain roads. The Escape handles well and holds all my outdoor stuff. I am very pleased with Walter’s assistance, Phil Long Ford and my Ford Escape. More
