They'll have your vehicle serviced in an hour or so. Just wanted to share the service I received during my last two visits. A few months back I visited for an oil change. The rear brakes were identified during the inspection as in need of replacement. Decided to replace at a later date. Took my truck home and realized the technician left his chew spitter in the center console. Some would have been offended, I simply threw it away when I got home. Today I visited for another oil change, tire rotation, and rear brake replacement. Although busy, I was advised it would be approx two hours. I told the service advisor I would wait for the truck. At hour three I was advised my truck had just been placed on a lift for service with the explaination "we thought you were dropping it off." Apparently the waiting customers were receiving preference..I saw a lot of faces come and go. Two more hours. While sitting in a waiting room for five hours I had an opportunity to make and reflect on observations. One tech in particular spent more time in the office speaking with the office women, almost to the point of creepiness...awkward. I walked out to the service bay to confirm, with any luck, this wasn't my technician. I don't think he was but he sure could have been helping the other tech instead of making time with the flirtatious duo behind the counter. Lacking efficiency and accountability. I paid the agreed upon amount after five hours of waiting and was out the door without so much as a "How can we make this a more positive experience for you in the future?" I'm locked in for a few more oil changes (coupon book) and hope things change for the better. I bought a new truck from Phil Long years ago but recently went to a competitor to replace it. Phil long offered to sell me a used truck (lariat) for basically the same price as a brand new, off the showroom floor Lariat, one model year newer. I'm a reasonable, educated consumer with simple expectations. More

They were not very pushy and understood the situation that my wife and I were in with our old vehicle. I want to especially say thank you to Jennifer Spiegle for answering all the questions that come with purchasing your first vehicle and Diana Winston for doing what seemed impossible. I received a prompt reply from Andy -- I explained that I understood that there has been a huge markup on the raptors and would only be interested if they would be able to sell one at msrp -- I was told that he did not see that would happen but since I was trading a 2013 raptor he said they were giving great trade Ins and it could bring e price closer to what I was willing to pay. I made an appointment to meet and discuss the possible purchase -- what a wast of time -- there idea of close to msrp was $ 7500 over sticker and giving me $ 10,000 less on my trade in --WHAT DEAL People need to be aware of the pricing and value of there trade prior to dealing with Phil Long Ford so you are not taken advantage of I will never purchase or recommend a dealer this shady More

Purchased a used truck "as is" from Phil Long, since I purchased the vehicle it always had a rattling sound from the engine bay that I didn't notice w Purchased a used truck "as is" from Phil Long, since I purchased the vehicle it always had a rattling sound from the engine bay that I didn't notice when I test drove it. Come to find out it's the timing chain that requires attention, and will also take $2450.00 dollars to get replaced. When I went to the sales department I bought it from they tried to work with me on trade but couldn't even offer 1/4 of what I paid for the truck Just a few months ago. I understand the meaning of as is and the risk that I'm taking, but why wasn't I informed when i purchased the vehicle or even a couple weeks later when I took it back for a safety inspection, this would've helped me in buying a different vehicle. Not a good experience, I used to spread the word about how good this place was to MY customers, no longer recommending this dealership to family, friends, or my customers. More

Excellent at his job! I purchased my vehicle online from out of state. James was very helpful in getting me the lowest rate possible, and he sent the paperwork to me by UPS I purchased my vehicle online from out of state. Each page of the paperwork had very easy to follow instructions to help me fill it out. You can't do it any better than that! A+ More
