LIES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE First off, Joshua Archuleta is aF*xxxxx liar. I called to inquire about a car to see if I could come in and try it and probably buy it. I spent a few days thinking about this car as it was a Dodge and I'm a huge ford fan. The car was priced perfectly for what I was looking for and when i called to inquire about it, i was told it was not at Phil Long Ford Lakewood, but it was in New Mexico. I guess they show all cars on every lot, not just the site or location you choose (who gives a xxxx what New Mexico has when I live in Denver). Josh told me that they could bring it up no problem they just needed a day to get it here as it takes about 8 hours to get it shipped up here. To be fair, he did mention he didn't have all the facts on the car due to it being in New Mexico, but it would be here the following day to view. I called today to check in with Josh to make sure we were still on track to meet later to see the car. I never heard back from Josh. Around 3:00pm I finally got ahold of him, in which he informs me that they have to take it to the shop first and then he could possibly get it here on Tuesday. After telling the family we could check out this car today, it sucked having to tell them its not going to happen. Leave it to Phil Long Ford to f*xx up another potential sale. I have shopped with them before and every time all I get is a pushy salesman who doesn't listen to what you are looking for but only want to put you in the most expensive car there. I am a person who believes in given second chances or they could change my mind as I am a true believer in Ford. This one is the one that amazed me how unreliable this dealer is. Makes you wonder what they peddle to get you to buy the car you probably didn't even want, or if its something happens after, would they even care to help. i get Josh not calling me back as i'm sure he was helping other customers (I also do sales, so I understand that aspect and not upset about not calling me back). I don't know why I keep giving them another shot, I guess i'm just really hoping that a dealership representing Ford would deliver on every aspect of the sale. If the Dealer hires people who lie and cant get their xxxx right, how do they sell their cars???? pretty shady. I will be more in likely taking this further. sometimes you just xxxx off the wrong person who knows the right people. More
