I was directed to James (Slavic last name) in the used car section because I was interested in a car I'd seen online. He was welcoming, helpful and very professional. Unfortunately the car was disappointing (because I am very particular). Nevertheless, James gave me a follow-up phone call some days later and I was impressed by his thoroughness.
