I was asked to do an upgrade survey while waiting on my truck. I did look at the 2016 models. They are nice but pretty pricy. Especially since I have low mileage on my paid off 2010 Ford F150 XLT. Great Experience Traveling in our Ford 450 loaded with a 5000# slide in truck camper and pulling a 16' trailer with a Polaris Ranger on it, we lost most of our power a Traveling in our Ford 450 loaded with a 5000# slide in truck camper and pulling a 16' trailer with a Polaris Ranger on it, we lost most of our power about 20 miles from Colorado Springs. We found Phil Long Ford on our smart phone and drove directly there. Upon arrival we located the service manager Steve Horgath,, he was extremely helpful and introduced us to Kyle Iverson, who found us a campsite to unload our camper and the next day delivered the truck to him. He kept us updated and the truck was repaired in two days. The shuttle driver, Brian James dropped us off at our campsite, and picked us back up when our truck was fixed. Steve truly cared and was very helpful at a time we were under a lot of stress. 10 stars to all who helped us. David and Evelyn Thompson Smithville Mo. More
