We found Phil Long Ford on our smart phone and drove directly there. Upon arrival we located the service manager Steve Horgath,, he was extremely helpful and introduced us to Kyle Iverson, who found us a campsite to unload our camper and the next day delivered the truck to him. He kept us updated and the truck was repaired in two days. The shuttle driver, Brian James dropped us off at our campsite, and picked us back up when our truck was fixed. Steve truly cared and was very helpful at a time we were under a lot of stress. 10 stars to all who helped us. David and Evelyn Thompson Smithville Mo. More
