Best of a bad situation My Fusion was in for recall work when the mechanic found a cross-threaded bolt in the driver's door. The parts were emergency ordered from Ford but it was too late to be sent the next day so the car needed to stay another day. Matt was very helpful in making sure I had a loaner vehicle for the time my car was stuck at the dealership. He called me on a number of occasions over the course of the time my car was in the shop to give me an update on the status---so, I was not surprised when it needed to spend another day waiting for the parts from Ford. I will definitely request to have Matt be my service rep when I take any of my three Fords in for future service. More

Great service, and very conscious of my time Kurt was a huge help when I showed up unannounced needing an oil change. Thanks to Kurt I was able to take a quick test drive of a new vehicle while waiting for my current Ford truck. The salesman was great as well. Very professional, yet low pressure. Happy to take a quick spin and let me know what new Fords have to offer. When I'm in the market I'll go back to find Ryan. More
