Finally..Great Service I have been a long time Phil Long customer. Service dept has been subpar for some time but they are the only Ford dealer in town so where else do you I have been a long time Phil Long customer. Service dept has been subpar for some time but they are the only Ford dealer in town so where else do you go??? You finally have a great team of employees lead by Jeff Alexander. He went over and above to help us and was respectful and courteous (hasn't been like that there) and provided timely solutions for my vehicle repair! Thanks to Jeff and Brad I'll definitely be back!!
