Service Center Scam We purchased a vehicle from Phil Long last year. We took it in for one of the "free oil changes", and they told us the brakes needed replaced and quot We purchased a vehicle from Phil Long last year. We took it in for one of the "free oil changes", and they told us the brakes needed replaced and quoted a $500 price tag to do it. The thing is, I just changed the brakes myself less than 3 months ago. Since we've got the vehicle back, the brakes have started audibly grinding. This was not the case before they touched it. Stay far, far away from this place. More
Chapel Hills does not compare to Motor City service dept. I switched to Chapel Hills as I moved north. I have had 3 terrible encounters to this point. Misdiagnosis of a tire which had a nail in it and I end I switched to Chapel Hills as I moved north. I have had 3 terrible encounters to this point. Misdiagnosis of a tire which had a nail in it and I ended up with a flat tire in Denver due to that-- could have been worse! They didn't even have a record of my being there! 30 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation, plus fix radio. And radio is not fixed! Service agent will NOT return my calls! Very poor management and customer service. May be worth the drive to Motor City. More
2 recalls for my 2013 Ford Escape I spoke with Ryan when I was making an appointment to get my Escape fixed based on 2 recalls I had received from Ford. He took the time to explain the procedures involved with the recalls and was ever so patient with me when I asked for directions to get to the service department. My wait time for the complete service was less than an hour and a half. Ryan explained fully to me the repairs that had been done. I recommend the service department to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle. More
Thiefs I had brought a truck in for a brake line that was leaking and they told me two days it would be ready. Chris Edge was in charge of my claim so as far as I know he is a thief along with every mechanic that works at Phil long for chapel hills! More

Abdolutely horrible!!! Dealing with the Chapel Hills dealership on Saturday, we had the worst car experience we have ever had! After going back and forth on a deal, we finally agreed on something that would work for us. Signed all the papers, changed out all three car seats and went on our merry way to show off our nice new (new to us) car. We get a call on Monday night from the salesman, saying we need to come back in to sign some more papers. Since we were in the process of getting dinner ready, with plans of decorating our Christmas tree after, we asked if we had to come in now and they told us we did. When we got to the dealership we were met by the manager, who began to talk so fast we could barely comprehend what he was saying. The next thing we knew, he was showing us different cars on the computer, asking what we thought of them. At that point, we realized we were there to give our new car back. They were very deceitful!!!! We ended up asking for our trade back and leaving. I will NEVER step foot in this place EVER again! More
