Great team only when there's something in it for them Like many Ford owners, I have the service department on speed dial. So when I brought my 2015 Mustang in for its 6th visit, they made an offer to buy Like many Ford owners, I have the service department on speed dial. So when I brought my 2015 Mustang in for its 6th visit, they made an offer to buy it back. They treated me like I was royalty, schmoozing their way into another sale. And I'm embarrased to say I fell for it hook, line, and sinker. Five hours later, I was the owner of a new Escape with all the bells and whistles. But when I got the car home, I noticed a massive scratch on the front bumper. I immediately called the dealership and my salesman admitted he saw it before the test drive (but said or did nothing). Was he just hoping I wouldn't notice? I guess we'll never know. Then I inquired about all-weather floor mats. The sales manager said to come on in but when I got there 15 minutes later, the service department was closed and he was completely unapologetic (although a quick check online confirmed they had closed almost 2 hours BEFORE I called). In fact, the entire team seemed annoyed by my presence. My salesman half-heartedly said he would make this right...that he would even deliver the mats to my house the next day. Except he never called and a week later I still don't have mats. I can't get the paint center to actually return a call either. Am I nitpicking? You bet I am. They preyed on my emotions then gladly took $35K out of my pocket. Now that they have my money, I can't hardly get them to give me the time of day. So I cannot...no, I will not recommend this dealership. More

The wait for finance was lengthy but there was only one finance person on staff who was very efficient and patient with me. His name was Garin, I believe. The lounge was a pleasant place to pass time. The 2016 Edge Titanium is a great vehicle. More

Service center crooks If your vehicle needs service and you think the dealership will provide you with quality care...think again. The staff in the service center is terrib If your vehicle needs service and you think the dealership will provide you with quality care...think again. The staff in the service center is terribly dishonest and condescending. One time during a full service oil change they told me that I needed new brake pads on the front of our escape. I knew they were trying to scam us because I had just put brand new pads on about 2 months before. Then the other day I was having a problem with my F150 and suspected it may be something with the computer, so I took it to them to have it tested. Although they did diagnosed my problem (for $145) as a bad throttle body, they wanted over $900 to fix it. Then they basically told me anything else other than them performing the work was wrong and that it would need to be replaced and I would be wasting me time cleaning it and it would just fail anyway. Well, I picked up my truck, bought some throttle body cleaner for $5 and cleaned it...and it ran just fine and is still working today. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. More

When we picked the vehicle up we noticed the A/C still did not work. So we called them to ask them about it and they told us, "Oh, we repaired the audio." The audio? It was never broken! We've called numerous times to resolve the issue and each time we are told, "Our service department manager is looking into it, and we will call you back." Unsurprisingly we have never been called back. More
