Trade Up TD Townsend started the process and then Eric Boudreaux made it happen to get us into the right new car for our situation. We were not originally considering a hybrid, but we liked a previous Ford Fusion and tried the Hybrid and ended up going with it. We look forward to the lower gasoline expense, which while not initially a factor became a real selling point. More

Chris' customer service is outstanding The positives: Chris is a real professional. He noticed that I was not being taken care of, and he offered to help right away. They were upfront wi The positives: Chris is a real professional. He noticed that I was not being taken care of, and he offered to help right away. They were upfront with what my car needed and the timeline. The negatives (reason why I didn't give them 5 stars): I called 4 times within two weeks. The first call, I left a message with a clerk. She told me that someone will call me shortly...no one did. Second call was not answered. Third call, I left a voice mail in the mail box of the guy in charge of the vehicle recalls...he never called me back. Fourth call, I was on hold for 15minutes. I hung up and decided to drive to the dealership to schedule my appointment. I stood there for a while waiting for the guy in charge of the recalls, but he never noticed me . Chris finished with another customer and immediately offered to help. I was very upset at the time, but Chris' professionalism changed my demeanor. More
