worst car buying experience ever Phil Long Ford- Chapel Hill, our worst car buying experience ever! • If they even did a safety inspection, they failed to disclose anything (failing Phil Long Ford- Chapel Hill, our worst car buying experience ever! • If they even did a safety inspection, they failed to disclose anything (failing struts, torn boot and exposed joint on power steering rack, failing bushing on knuckle joint, incorrectly installed seatbelts, tire warning light…) • We had to pay for our own repairs on issues requiring immediate attention • Several people committed to addressing our concerns – we are still awaiting resolution Don’t do business here- they will give you the run around until the end of time. We purchased a car over a month ago, and still waiting for adequate follow up. No one will take responsibility. This business shows no integrity. More

The extremely slow process to purchase a new truck The process was extremely slow. It took over 6 hours to purchase the truck. Picking up the truck the next day was ridiculous. It took over 2 hours ev The process was extremely slow. It took over 6 hours to purchase the truck. Picking up the truck the next day was ridiculous. It took over 2 hours even though the dealership was told that I would be there at 4:30 PM to get the truck. My time is very valuable -- much more to me than the dealer's time. I let the dealer appraise my old truck for a trade-in. My salesman failed to return my keys to me immediately after their test drive and in fact did not return them to me even after I requested their return 4 or 5 times. I finally had to demand my keys return from the sales manager. Finally my salesman, although a fine young man, had little or no knowledge of the trucks I was considering. Each time I asked a question, he would respond that he didn't know or wasn't sure, but he would find out and let me know. Amazingly, he never let me know the answers to any of my questions. T.D. Townsend was wonderful and solely responsible for my decision to buy the new truck. I also thought Sonny Colangelo, who did the paperwork, was very good to work with. More
Service department is excellent! I came in on a Saturday with an urgent issue right before taking off on a road trip to East Texas.
