This happens every time we go to this particular dealer. I am not mistaken. This is the Phil Long Ford near the Chapel Hills Mall and Walmart near Venetucci Blvd. I worked not far from it at Burlington for years. I am well aware of the area I was in. Sorry but we have learned now to stick to other dealerships in the future. We love Fords and find them to be reliable American vehicles, but do not love the service we have received.
