Terrible bait and switch. Had a deal worked out with salesman Trevor Lee according to his managers. Numbers had been negotiated as Phil Long stated they would honor a trade value from another dealer. They had already been given the details of my trade including miles, vin, sticker, photos and payoff and still agreed to match the other dealers offer. Then when I arrived TD Townsend stated they couldn't match that offer, but that he would "treat me right" and then proceeded to offer 7k less. Please go to schomp, groove, castle rock, AutoNation or literally ANY other dealer. They are all better than Phil Long. More

I was sold a 2021 wrx STI and was told with the aftermarket part that were on the vehicle when purchased would not void the factory warranty and also sold me an additional warranty that they said w aftermarket part that were on the vehicle when purchased would not void the factory warranty and also sold me an additional warranty that they said will still cover any wear of the power train. Vehicle only has 9k miles. I took vehicle to get inspected by a professional shop and said no warranty will cover with these aftermarket parts. I called my sales guy and was supposed to call back but hasn’t called me back and it’s been over a week. Another Shystie dealership just trying to take people money for these so called warranty. Also vehicle didn’t go through 7 point inspection because they listed it before the owner turned it in so I know it was inspected after the owner dropped it off because it was transferred to me. More
Dealership promised car mats and trunk cover. Car was relatively new so should not have been missing either of these. It is obvious that they take them out of the vehicles to make another quick buck beca relatively new so should not have been missing either of these. It is obvious that they take them out of the vehicles to make another quick buck because when you ask about them they say that they are over 300 dollars. New trunk covers cost 120. Then they try to tack on 900 dollars for window etching which they did not do themselves they just add it on to everyone they say even if they don’t actually do it. This is also only a $20 cost to do yourself. Terrible service from the finance team. They price gauge you for everything. Our particular salesman was good but everyone behind him was awful. They shame you for not liking certain features on vehicles. My sister went here and they harassed her as well and said she was wasting their time when she had only been there for 15-20minutes and was pretty sure about the vehicle she wanted from them, but wanted to go next door to try another vehicle to be sure. They left the lot for 10 minutes before calling and harassing her husband saying the same thing. I get it you need to make a sale but show some customer service. You can’t harass people and price gauge them. Will never buy a car here. It’s nice to know nothing has changed at this dealer in 17 years. Was just as bad of service in 2004 and 2005. We all have walked away when we have tried this dealer looking at it with an open mind because there was a car we all wanted there, but quickly took our business to Bob Penkhus as a result and auto nation as well, which are the only dealers we have ever bought vehicles from since we moved here. We have bought 10+ vehicles since we moved here. Do not buy from Phil Long it’s a scam. More
3 freaking vehicles in 1 year. xxxx the 2nd and 3rd with 3 weeks of each other and all 3 are pieces of xxxx with transmission issues. They will rip you off. Keep your vehicle for WEEKS and offer absolutely 3 weeks of each other and all 3 are pieces of xxxx with transmission issues. They will rip you off. Keep your vehicle for WEEKS and offer absolutely no loaner ride. Then they'll jack your purchase up by an extra $10k and say it's your fault. Never in my life have I dealt with such a poor business. And to think I purchased 2 of them during November which apparently is Veteran Appreciation month and being a retired veteran, I'd beg to differ. General Manager is no where to be found and could care less about you as a consumer. He'll offers you a beer if you'll remove a bad review though. A horrible experience EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there. 3 vehicles and 3 transmission issues. STAY AWAY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYWHERE THAT DOESNT SAY PHIL LONG! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! More
