Found a truck on their site at a really great price. reached out to them and got an email price from them. then later in the day I noticed the price had gone up - guess the initial price was listed in reached out to them and got an email price from them. then later in the day I noticed the price had gone up - guess the initial price was listed in error. I then reached out to my sales rep and asked about it, he said yes it was in error but that they would honor the price the listed in my email. I dont know very many dealerships that would do that. Just amazing. The service after the sale was even more amazing. John Vigil my sales rep is a great sales rep and person - really appreciate being treated like his only customer. Had a 1 p. m. appointment at Chapel Hills Ford to get my car repaired. Got there at 12:45 and told Amanda my problem and gave her the key fob She told me if they m. appointment at Chapel Hills Ford to get my car repaired. I told her to let me know fast if they needed to order the part. 2 hrs later l get a text that they have to order the part from Denver and to come the next day. They have very poor custer service. I already told her what the problem was and the part that was needed. I will never bring a car back to them for repair More
I paid the down payment with a trade-in. And received money back a month later. Three months after the original purchase they have been sending me letters. If they don't get back the money I was refunded as an overpayment. There is no letterhead on any of the documents. It all looks like something a secretary typed up in Microsoft Excel. I am also disabled. It all looks like they are trying to intimidate and con a disable person. The first spreadsheet I was sent. Was sent through email as a Xerox attachment. The Attachment was sent in clear text with my social security number in clear text. Spilling my PII to the internet. They are continuing to hound and harass me for money. That they sent me as an overpayment. When I called again for third temporary tag. I was told I would receive a call back. It is illegal for a dealer to hold a temporary tag for payment. I bought a Jeep Wrangler for my son last week and as I drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought drove it off the lot I discovered the radio didn't work. I thought, "Oh shoot, I just signed an 'As is - Where is, No Warranty'" document. I brought it back to Jamie, their used car manager, and he immediately smiled and said, "No problem." He had a brand new radio installed and didn't charge me a dime. Who does that?! Jamie does. When it comes time to hang up the spurs on my own Ford F-150 you can be sure I am heading back to Phil Long Ford. They are people of character and integrity. More
