He had our trade-in quickly evaluated upon arrival and within a short period of time we agreed on the trade-in price. It was a speedy, relaxed, no pressure experience, which is really what we wanted. Moreover, while the folks at Phil Hughes are great company, we didn't want to give up our whole Saturday haggling and they understood that and treated us with kindness and respect and made every effort to expedite the process.
