Nice people and great service We have had our 2004 Honda Civic serviced at PHH during it entire lifetime. We've always been very happy with our interactions with the service team. Often you hear about repairs at a dealership being pricey or inflated, but we have never felt overcharged. We especially love the shuttle service available while our car is being repaired. Luckily ours was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay a dime! I really like the email reminders when you have an appointment scheduled, they are most helpful when you are crazy busy. Our total experience, from buying our Pilot, to several routine services and one warranty covered repair have been superb! I can't recommend them enough, especially David Nichols! More
