Quick, honest service--thank you!! I blew out a tire on my Honda Civic while on my way from Atlanta to Athens to visit my sister, and had to finish most of the trip using my spare tire. I got excellent, super fast service--my sister and I went to lunch and before we were even done eating, Jake called me to say my car was ready to go! He replaced my tire and didn't try to sell me any unnecessary services, which I appreciated. More

Often you hear about repairs at a dealership being pricey or inflated, but we have never felt overcharged. We especially love the shuttle service available while our car is being repaired. Luckily ours was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay a dime! I really like the email reminders when you have an appointment scheduled, they are most helpful when you are crazy busy. Our total experience, from buying our Pilot, to several routine services and one warranty covered repair have been superb! I can't recommend them enough, especially David Nichols! More
