My experience with Matt was the best very attentive - gave honest feedback/information related to my car I only gave a 4 rating - because it’s a team effort and maybe Matt can teach his coworkers some o gave honest feedback/information related to my car I only gave a 4 rating - because it’s a team effort and maybe Matt can teach his coworkers some of his customer service skills because my experience with other persons was not so good - ie the vibe was not encouraging-but a little disappointing However.. We had a slight hiccups from my last visit which is quite unusual but they were very quick in fixing it. Shout to Mr. Jake for providing a superb customer service.
