Service is a joke. Broken catalytic converter and Phil Fitts Ford refused to fix it. Taken to another dealer and it's fixed under warranty. I brought my vehicle in for repair after a collision with a deer. Tony and his staff are top-notch and the best in the business!! Paula called me with updates numerous times and to make sure I was happy with the loaner and to see how things were going. Those calls were totally unexpected but very much appreciated (I never had another shop care as much as they did). My vehicle was repaired quickly and looks like new (inside and out). The detailing they performed was a pleasant surprise when I got back into my vehicle to find that it was immaculate! I would recommend Phil Fitts, Tony Oliva, and Paula Miller 100 out of 100 times!! I had an appointment at 8 am for an oil change and coolant flush. Snice my wife and I had several appointments in town, she picked me up so we could go to our appointments. When our appointments were over, my wife dropped me off a few minutes after 3 pm and I still had to wait until 4 pm for the service on my truck to be finished. In addition to this, my truck has been washed twice in the nearly 2 years and 60,000 miles since I purchased my truck from Phil Fitts Ford. I continue to not understand why simple service takes so long whether I wait at the dealership or drop it off. My time is worth something and I am finding it difficult to justify 2-3 hours for The Works when I have an appointment. More
