Anytime I've had an issue with anything regarding service, I deal My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles (2 new, 3 used) through Phil Fitts Ford. Anytime I've had an issue with anything regarding service, I deal with Kenny, It's so nice having someone that you can trust to give you a straight answer and also be on your side when dealing with Ford corporate when he also believes something isn't right (transmission issues at only 30k miles) Everyone that we have dealt with at the Dealership has been amazing and the main reason that I have only bought from them! More

Professional Visited service department for two recalls that I had been ignoring, and a AC fan motor which I thought had a bad bearing. Was given a no charge shutt Visited service department for two recalls that I had been ignoring, and a AC fan motor which I thought had a bad bearing. Was given a no charge shuttle home. The job was completed - same day! The car was washed, and I mean washed well...The AC fan turned out to be a critter who built a home in the fan area - nest was removed, and all is well... I feel very comfortable with this group!! More
