Repair chewed wire harness from a rodent. The repair of the car was not a problem. The main issue was we were told when we leased it and it ws in the shop for more than a day, we would be ent The repair of the car was not a problem. The car was in for five days and we were continually told there were no loaner cars available. We contacted our salesman and he said he would get us a car or get ours fixed. We received a call later in the day from Jason our car was done and ready to pick up. More

Darius, the salesman, was permitted to take my car on his lunch break to the gym. I filed a complaint with corporate and Mike, the general manager lied and said it was the service manager that had my car his lunch break to the gym. In addition, New Cadtle has a major bedbug problem and Darius was transporting his gym bag, clothing and such in my car. NOT OKAY! More
