Not happy with the service that was performed on my car. Had the oil changed and the oil minder was never reset nor was the old sticker removed and replaced with an updated one. Additionally, my vehicle is a Lincoln MKX and it was supposedly serviced at a Lincoln dealership and wasn’t even washed or vacuumed. I bought my last car at a Kia dealership and this was customary. Also asked to have my coolant changed and there were issues with that. This was my first actual maintenance service there since I bought the vehicle and not a good experience. All they did was offer me a complimentary oil change for the next time. I was never even offered one when I bought the car which in my experience this seems to be customary also. Take it for what it’s worth, but would you have work done on your vehicle there? More

Tony was great to deal with and fixed everything on my truck that needed done. I had several accidents and he fixed it all. I was informed the work would take a few hours but I decided to wait anyway. The service desk is always courteous and friendly while the general staff in the building are helpful and nice to be around a decided to wait anyway. Consequently, waiting was not too bad given I had the time and would be surrounded around nice people. The work was completed in less time than they indicated. The issue was diagnosed and rectified in good timing and I was on my way. However, I can’t provide a 5-star rating just yet because after driving the vehicle home I noticed it ran louder than before so I decided to drive for another week or so to be sure I knee what I was hearing. Now, I am absolutely sure the vehicle sounds very different than before...almost like a bicycle with a milk carton stuck behind the rear tire. Ugh...back I go, once I find more time! More
