My salesman Luke was highly professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles I was interested in and he said I could test drive all day of I wanted but by truck test drive number 3 I was convinced that the F150 was for me. Then started the easy part to which I had to pick the payment I was comfortable with. Also just to let you know all this took place after the snowstorm on the 25th. By 1 Pm I was driving my new Ford F150. Kudos to you Phil Fitts for making me feel like one of your family. More
Unhappy cusomer Brought my 2014 escape in for a new battery after reading on internet how it can mess up the window wipers I did not want to take the chance on going Brought my 2014 escape in for a new battery after reading on internet how it can mess up the window wipers I did not want to take the chance on going anywhere else Big mistake a few hours later we were traveling home and the wipers started running full speed and would not shut off brought it back nest morning and your service dept told us the problem is not connected with the battery replacement Big coincidence it is now going to cost me another $400 plus over and above the $200 I spent I cannot believe the problem is not connected but I don’t have a leg to stand on Si much for trusting the dealership More
