Purchase of a 2010 Grand Marquis I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased and brought it back to have it repaired. The service manager barely listened to my concerns, and pushed me I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased and brought it back to have it repaired. The service manager barely listened to my concerns, and pushed me off with a rather curt “You’ll have to bring it back next week”. The check engine light was on, which can be serious, but they didn’t even offer to run a diagnostic so I could know whether it was safe to drive it. I’ll never by another car from this dealership.Darius was great before the sale, but once you had the sale, no one wanted to deal with us. More
