I will not need to make updates but was curious as how it is done since I had read about it. Buyer beware Dear car buyer My father purchased a used vehicle in March, 2019. Within 30 days, he had an unwarranted repair for a rear backup camera. Phil Fitts Dear car buyer My father purchased a used vehicle in March, 2019. Within 30 days, he had an unwarranted repair for a rear backup camera. Phil Fitts was more than ready to sell him a service agreement which added close to 3000.00 additional cost to the price of the vehicle. Now, I have never been a fan of maintenance insurance, and upon learning, I spoke to the salesman, and told him my father, age 85, who drives less than 10,000 miles a year, didnt need a 2 year, 3000.00 insurance and i wanted to cancel the policy, ASAP. I was assured that the policy could be canceled after the repair was made, and my Dad would not have to pay an additional monthly installment. Ok, lets get it repaired Well, as of today, July 15, 2019, the repair has not been completed, even thought Phil Fitts was paid for the repair in May, 2019. My dad has been to Phil Fitts a total of 5 trips, and still the issue has not been resolved. But Phil Fitts has been paid for the repair. The service department says there is a part on backorder. But does the service department call the customer to give an update? No. Not even a courtesy call to apologize for this delay, or to offer some sort of compensation for his having to pay monthly for an unnecessary service agreement. So, beware of these tactics Don't expect to have a return call when a problem arises. Poor customer service reigns very high at Phil Pitts Ford. Buyer, beware and forewarned More

Not too sure if i would reccomend or not No complaints other that that they sold us a vehicle with lug nuts so badly swollen that the had to be removed with a hammer and oversized socket. 2018 Ford Ecosport I called for service because I was stopped along the road by another concerned driver letting me know that something was hanging very low to the groun I called for service because I was stopped along the road by another concerned driver letting me know that something was hanging very low to the ground underneath my car. When I called for an appointment, the service scheduler accomodated my crazy work schedule and got me in ASAP. The shield underneath the vehicle had gotten torn by something on the road, and I had not even realized it was hanging. They fixed the problem quicky and sent me on my way. Especially as a younger woman, I didn't feel talked down to or taken advantage of throughout the sale process, but I felt respected and heard.
