Not too sure if i would reccomend or not No complaints other that that they sold us a vehicle with lug nuts so badly swollen that the had to be removed with a hammer and oversized socket. When I called for an appointment, the service scheduler accomodated my crazy work schedule and got me in ASAP. The shield underneath the vehicle had gotten torn by something on the road, and I had not even realized it was hanging. They fixed the problem quicky and sent me on my way. Purchase of a 2010 Grand Marquis I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased and brought it back to have it repaired. The service manager barely listened to my concerns, and pushed me I had an issue with the vehicle I purchased and brought it back to have it repaired. The service manager barely listened to my concerns, and pushed me off with a rather curt “You’ll have to bring it back next week”. The check engine light was on, which can be serious, but they didn’t even offer to run a diagnostic so I could know whether it was safe to drive it. I’ll never by another car from this dealership.Darius was great before the sale, but once you had the sale, no one wanted to deal with us. More
