Purchased Used Transit Passenger Van Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We were looking for a passenger van to accommodate our large family. We found a van online, and called the dealership to get more information. Chris provided us with all of the information that we needed, and coordinated a visit to test drive the vehicle. The dealership is open late on Thursdays, which is great, so we drove up from Pittsburgh with our whole crew (6 kids) to check it out. We were worried about taking all of the kids, but everyone at the dealership was extremely kind and gracious to our family. The kids had a blast, and the process was painless. We highly recommend Phil Fitts Ford & Lincoln. More

He’s an upfront salesman. He works hard for his customers. I will continue doing business here as long as I feel they are doing right by me. I haven’t gotten to know the service dept that well but I’m hoping they are as good as the sales staff. It’s not easy to get an appointment that works with my job hours and the fact that I travel for the service. They can’t always accommodate. I took my previous lease local for inspection and oil change for that reason. More

I will not need to make updates but was curious as how it is done since I had read about it. I also stopped to see the salesman who I purchased my truck from and thanked him again for the info on getting my truck serviced. Thanks Phill Phitts Ford!!!! More

Called a few days prior, and set up a day and time that worked for me, as I walked in I was properly greeted. Service appointment went nice and quick, as I was waiting, I wandered around and talked amongst other staff members! Phil Fitts never disappoints! More
Buyer beware Dear car buyer My father purchased a used vehicle in March, 2019. Within 30 days, he had an unwarranted repair for a rear backup camera. Phil Fitts Dear car buyer My father purchased a used vehicle in March, 2019. Within 30 days, he had an unwarranted repair for a rear backup camera. Phil Fitts was more than ready to sell him a service agreement which added close to 3000.00 additional cost to the price of the vehicle. Now, I have never been a fan of maintenance insurance, and upon learning, I spoke to the salesman, and told him my father, age 85, who drives less than 10,000 miles a year, didnt need a 2 year, 3000.00 insurance and i wanted to cancel the policy, ASAP. I was assured that the policy could be canceled after the repair was made, and my Dad would not have to pay an additional monthly installment. Ok, lets get it repaired Well, as of today, July 15, 2019, the repair has not been completed, even thought Phil Fitts was paid for the repair in May, 2019. My dad has been to Phil Fitts a total of 5 trips, and still the issue has not been resolved. But Phil Fitts has been paid for the repair. The service department says there is a part on backorder. But does the service department call the customer to give an update? No. Not even a courtesy call to apologize for this delay, or to offer some sort of compensation for his having to pay monthly for an unnecessary service agreement. So, beware of these tactics Don't expect to have a return call when a problem arises. Poor customer service reigns very high at Phil Pitts Ford. Buyer, beware and forewarned More
