Ms. Harper, These are the facts that I know to be true...You dropped your vehicle off for an entire day to have us check both a radio and power mirror issue. We tried to duplicate the issue physically and diagnostically but couldn't verify the problem. Ken Carter, my Service Manager who has been here for over 30 years, was asked by a coworker to drive your vehicle during his lunch break to the gym to see if he could verify any issues. He did this to try to help both you and the dealership. I can assure you that Ken does own an extremely perfect vehicle to drive personally. If his vehicle wasn't available, I have more than 250 vehicles here that he could borrow. He drove your vehicle because he was asked to. This is a very common occurrence. Meanwhile, as he was at the gym, you came to the dealership and needed your car instantly for a family emergency. The Service Adviser told me about it and I instantly dropped what I was doing and drove you to your car. During the four minute drive to the gym I explained to you why Ken was in your vehicle and, at the time, you seemed fine. As we pulled into the parking lot, Ken was just coming out into the parking lot. I introduced you to Ken at which time the two of you spoke for about a minute. Ken told you the conditions you described couldn't be verified and asked you to reach out to us if they repeated. You thanked him and drove away in your car. The next day we mailed you a copy of your repair order showing the no charge diagnostics and complimentary oil change and tire rotation. This is where I'm confused...your review states that I lied about the Service Manager driving your car and that it was Darius Carter, one of our Salespeople that actually drove it. You have never met Darius, only Ken. Darius never drove your vehicle, only Ken did. You got on our website and picked out Darius. Both Ken and Darius have the same last name. Both Ken and Darius are the same nationality, I personally don't think they look alike, do you? If you would like to respond, please feel free to call or visit me personally.
