lemon purchase i was sold a lemon of a car i only put 17,000. miles on it since i purchased on 8-1-2018 since my purchase I've had to put new brakes and rotars new b i was sold a lemon of a car i only put 17,000. miles on it since i purchased on 8-1-2018 since my purchase I've had to put new brakes and rotars new battery 4 tires among other repairs. i also purchased your joke of protection plan called COMPLETE CARE 5yrs for 899.00 and was told despite the little nick in the windshield at the time of purchase to hold off because this insurance would cover to have it replaced once it got worse......WRONG AGAIN i also purchased the GAP insurance for 895.00. i would appreciate being reimbursed for both of these so called coverage or protection plans that don't cover xxxx please . Also was lead to believe because they couldn't figure out why my radio stopped worked 4-5months ago and the factory provided them with help or a different program to try and still couldn't get it to work so they sent them a new one , that when it came in it would be taken care of at no charge.......WRONG AGAIN More

Repair chewed wire harness from a rodent. The repair of the car was not a problem. The main issue was we were told when we leased it and it ws in the shop for more than a day, we would be ent The repair of the car was not a problem. The car was in for five days and we were continually told there were no loaner cars available. We contacted our salesman and he said he would get us a car or get ours fixed.
