Devious? Incompetent? Negligent? Lazy Whether their end goal is to convince you to purchase a new car, or if they are simply not capable of making repairs beyond an oil change and lightbul Whether their end goal is to convince you to purchase a new car, or if they are simply not capable of making repairs beyond an oil change and lightbulbs -they will not resolve serious issues, and then charge you money for calling you a liar. They'll insist they did their level best to "recreate your problem;" regardless of whether you have diagnosed the problem exactly or not -they'll treat you as ignorant, while checking simple checklist items a first year apprentice could utilize. They'll insist that because meteorological conditions don't exactly match the history of your issues, they can't find any issue, and that your vehicle is "operating normally." They'll charge you for idling your car for 4 hours, and then tell you that the only thing wrong was a light bulb on your license plate -one that was operating perfectly normally prior. If someone comes into your shop who is not ignorant, it behooves you to not treat them like the neighborhood soccer mom who can’t change a wiper. It would also be best to actually check the issues clearly listed, and not just annotate that you “couldn’t find any leaks.” This is particularly true if no leaks were mentioned as the problem. Whether the technicians are incompetent, negligent, or lazy; I cannot say. I can say they will not attempt to repair any issue that is not exceptionally simple. I don’t know if their goal was to try to steer me towards “your car is just too broken/high mileage/problematic, you should buy a new one from us,” or not –I cut them off at the pass and walked away. They are not an adequate or useful repair or service shop, and I cannot recommend them in any way. More

Boone, obtained management Pricing approval within an hour, and, we drove to Newcastle, to execute the paperwork, that same afternoon. The entire staff was cordial, responsive and Results Oriented ! The Nautilus was transferred and prepped the following day and delivered to my Home in North Canton, Ohio by 9:15AM the next morning. This Dealership did not call to schedule an estimate for 2 weeks and when they called, it was to tell me they would call in another few weeks to schedule a time for me to come in. After speaking with my insurance company about this, they called Phil Fitts Ford and Phil Fitts called back immediately and were available to take my vehicle that night!! It shows which "in town" Dealership cares about their customers!! They were easy to deal with and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout completion. The work was flawless and my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and immaculate when I picked it up. I would highly recommend the Body Shop at Phil Fitts Ford, New Castle. More
