Had car towed in on a Sunday evening due to a shredded tire issue and Ecosport did not come with a spare (Will never buy a car without a spare in the future). Service department had all issues cared for b tire issue and Ecosport did not come with a spare (Will never buy a car without a spare in the future). Service department had all issues cared for by Monday afternoon. Was able to use my Ford Pass points to cover cost. More
