The vehicle I bought was unable to pass inspection only 4 months after I bought it. I understand the meaning of "As Is" and understand that the buyer should beware. However, you certainly expect far more f months after I bought it. I understand the meaning of "As Is" and understand that the buyer should beware. However, you certainly expect far more from a dealership of this size and standing. This vehicle had things wrong with it you just simply wouldn't expect, even of a non-certified pre-owned vehicle. Out of balance and alignment, all 4 break pad and rotors bad, in need of oil/filter change, drivers side heated seat not functional, back-up camera buggy. Again, I understand my responsibility when it comes to purchasing "As Is." But this disappointing experience, I think it's fair to share it. More

All of the employees were great but waiting 3 hours for oil and filter changes was ridiculous. I was informed that they didn't have the correct filter on hand for my oil change which had been scheduled fo oil and filter changes was ridiculous. I was informed that they didn't have the correct filter on hand for my oil change which had been scheduled for weeks. Secondly, I don't know who needs to change so many of my saved settings on the truck but every other oil change my truck settings are changed to metric and I have since learned how to change it back. But since this last visit, when I start my truck the radio no longer turns on to the last station I was playing (XM or FM) and it won't stop asking me about "updating on WiFi". Every time I start my truck the radio plays static and I have to cycle through the prompts concerning updating over WiFi before I can drive anywhere. The worst part is that I cannot figure out how to fix these last 2 issues. It is very frustrating when resetting the mileage is a simple matter and here I am nearly a month later still trying to figure out how to fix the radio and discontinue the WiFi prompts. More
