Update: signed up for a gps service when I bought the truck. It was taking forever to get hooked up and called Pettus at least twice and both times they blamed the gps company. Finally after a month I ca truck. It was taking forever to get hooked up and called Pettus at least twice and both times they blamed the gps company. Finally after a month I called again and they finally checked on it and they never submitted the paperwork. I’m sorry but when someone buys a $60k vehicle and a $900 product on top of it I don’t think it’s asking to much to fill out paperwork correctly. And definitely shouldn’t have to cal 2-3 times to get the situation fixed More

Make sure you keep on the sales team to push your paperwork through. Backstory: I called and expressed my interest in a truck that they had on the lot. Being out of state I was unable to see it in pe paperwork through. Backstory: I called and expressed my interest in a truck that they had on the lot. Being out of state I was unable to see it in person, so I asked the sales person to inspect underneath and let me know of any rust or whatnot. That all went well. I told him that I would discuss the truck with my wife and call them the next day. Next day comes, the salesman does check back with me at noon. I told him I was still interested. I had some offers to purchase my current truck, but would be more convenient if they offered me a good price and I could just drive it and make the swap with them. I sent him the photos and information requested to get a general quote on what they would offer by 2 pm. Around 4:30 I still hadn’t gotten a quote. I called to check and the salesman said that he was off that day and would get me the quote in the morning. I then said well can I put a deposit down? I do not want the truck to be sold while I wait for you to get me that quote. He said he doubts that would happen. I insist that he check and call me back. Turns out that during the time I was waiting on him to do his job between 2 and 4:30 someone else made an offer and was supposed to be sending a check. Keep in mind, the only thing I was waiting for was a trade in value. I already had offers on my truck, so I was ready to buy. I would have went ahead and sent the check earlier that day. Due to the salesman’s poor follow through, the truck I was ready and first in line to purchase was sold to someone else. Be careful who you work with and make sure that they follow through as fast as possible. More
