The looks and the features on this crossover made me forget how much I loved my old car. I can't wait to get in and drive it everyday. I love the panoramic roof, sound system, heated seats,climate control, sound system, rear camera and so much more.The process went so smoothly I couldn't believe how fast I was out enjoying my new ride. The salesman was so professional knowledgeable and took the time to go over all the many features. He went the extra mile and synched my phone and hooked me up in minutes. I love the hands free!! BUYER BEWARE I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It started with them trying to offer much less on our trade. We went to 3 other dealerships, who all o I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It started with them trying to offer much less on our trade. We went to 3 other dealerships, who all offered us $2k-$3k more on our trade. However, due to the fact we had a friend working at Auto Plaza, we felt compelled to buy from there. BIG MISTAKE First they forgot to order my tonneau cover. They told me they had to order it and it would take 2 days. I patiently waited 2 weeks and never heard from them, so I called them. They forgot to order it!!!! So I had to wait again for it arrive. They damaged my BRAND NEW truck and bed liner, putting on a tonneau cover. The tech was so dishonest, they just brought the truck out when it was done and never said a word . Our sales person is the one who pointed it out. I was assured that it would be repaired and I wouldn't even notice it. It has been to the shop twice for repair. 1st time, it looked like they took a dab of touch up paint and left it there. 2nd time, still a dent and noticeable chip. Each trip to the auto body shop was 120 miles round trip. Both times, they never replaced the gas in my vehicle, not to mention the extra mileage. At the time, the mileage counted for over 30% of the total miles I had on the vehicle. In addition my brand new vehicle passenger window has a grinding noise. it has been there 4 times for repairs, and nothing has been repaired. I also discovered they blatantly overcharged me for the tonneau cover. I notified them of this over a month ago. I was assured I would have my check (over $100 difference). I still have nothing. I have missed doctor appointments because of their lack of communication- they'd tell me they'd be there to pick up vehicle, then never show. Same with drop off of vehicle. They had my truck fr a total The "loaner vehicle" they left me with was a 12 year old tiny car (hello we bought a truck for a reason) that rattled and squeaked with every move. There is a lot more that has happened, but these are the major points, of which I have documentation to support all of it! Edited to add: I had refinanced my vehicle before the 3 months the dealership tells you to do, so they can get the rebate. The owner called me in this whole fiasco, and didn't realize I had picked up the phone. He was heard screaming "we lost a $1000 on this deal" (the f word was used in there) I called him out on it and he stumbled. Also right before Christmas we were ready to head home for the holidays. We were getting ready to load up, and it was raining. Long story short, we had standing water in the bed of the truck. After closer inspection, it was due to their installation, as the stripping on it is not in place, allowing all kinds of gaps, hence rain to come in. We dried it out the best we could, but everything ended up soaked, and some damaged. I let the owner know about it, complete with pictures, but he of course didn't respond. Just a whole nightmare overall to deal with. Rude, incompetent and unprofessional are the 3 words that come to mind when dealing with this place. More
