She made a tas Let her know what you’re looking for, how much you can spend and she will get you in the right vehicle. She certainly knows her cars. She made a task I dreaded, painless and even fun. Give her a call. She set the bar pretty high in the process of buying a car. Everyone was super helpful at Pettus in Fredericktown. More
I had a very pleasant time buying my car fro Jessica Tarrant. She was excellent to work with. We found the right vehicle for me and she went above and beyond showing me all that was available on my veh Tarrant. She was excellent to work with. We found the right vehicle for me and she went above and beyond showing me all that was available on my vehicle. She even took the time to help with programming my phone, radio and setting up accounts and apps. I would return to her for next car even though it is 70 miles away. More

I had my vehicle towed there for a powertrain light that came on. Long story short my car with 34,170 miles on it that I bought from Pettus (not this location) and ALL the extras ... I had to pay for repai came on. Long story short my car with 34,170 miles on it that I bought from Pettus (not this location) and ALL the extras ... I had to pay for repair which I can understand in certain instances road damage is not covered bc it was a wire underneath that supposedly got damage because of something on the road, I didnt hit anything I wouldve felt it, but ok 300$ but what looked even worse they wrote my vehicle had 36,200 when serviced just outside of factory bumper to bumper warranty at 3 years or 36,000. How Odd. For 300$ to be dishonest. I called them to tell them to fix my miles because now my car fax and service records will show my vehicle is over 36,000 outside of bumper to bumper and messes with oil change records that would void my extra warranty through them. Told I would recieve an email with my information fixed, that never happened. Im not even that mad, I'm just more at a state of disbelief and why, Why would you do that as a person and as a buisness. Now getting a bad reputation, word of mouth over and lose further buisness for 300$. Btw The one in Farmington is AWESOME. This one no Don't go there. More
Pettus Ford had my truck for 6 weeks and replaced the def pump, power train control module and the def injector, $4700 parts and labor. The 3 parts that was replaced didn’t fix the problem. Each time they rep pump, power train control module and the def injector, $4700 parts and labor. The 3 parts that was replaced didn’t fix the problem. Each time they replaced a part the check engine light came back on.when I went to pick up the truck for the third time the service advisor told me the truck needed a catalytic converter and a rear NOX sensor,$4500 parts only not including labor.I told Pettus Ford I was going to take my truck somewhere else.less than 2 weeks later the truck went into limp mode and It would only go fifty miles at no more than 50 mph and after 50 miles driven it would only go 5 mph max.I loaded the truck onto a trailer and took it to a mechanic in Jefferson County, the mechanic told me the truck needed a rear NOX sensor. The codes were erased and I drove the truck home.I purchased a NOX sensor at Auto Zone and installed it myself for $350 and I haven’t had any problem since mid September.I went to Small Claims Court to try to get some money back and the judges verdict was against me and Pettus didn’t have to pay back anything.I got the shaft from Pettus Ford and Small Claims Court. If you need a good and honest repair shop go somewhere else because Pettus Ford is not a honest business. I spent 1600 dollars for them to not put my vehicle back together correctly and they didn’t fix one of the windows they were paid to do. When calling them to rectify the lady was rude, confrontational, and together correctly and they didn’t fix one of the windows they were paid to do.
