Kyle was very helpful and made sure to get the car ready to go very quickly, he was kind and made the process comfortable and stress-free; he definitely cares about customers! Jason Carr was great and showed me all of the features of the car in an understandable and kind manner; these newer cars are getting more gadgets and Jason has kept up with all the changes, great customer service! Paul Levin is a great employee at Auto Plaza and it was very nice to meet him as well, he was very personable and charismatic; it is nice to relate to people when buying a vehicle! I didn't feel like "another car sale", I felt like my concerns, questions, and comments were heard, answered, and taken seriously with care and commitment.
