Best buying experience yet I had done my research and had a specific vehicle in mind. We live two hours away so Jason worked with me through phone and text messages to get every I had done my research and had a specific vehicle in mind. We live two hours away so Jason worked with me through phone and text messages to get everything set up so all I needed to do was show up and close the deal. He was very responsive, helpful and professional. He had the paperwork ready when we arrived, the car was detailed and ready to go and it took all of an hour to close the deal. Smoothest and fastest buying experience ever. Jason was a pleasure to work with and everyone at the dealership was very friendly. Thanks to Jason and Auto Plaza Ford for taking care of us! More

Above and beyond service. Best In town Woody and his team went above and beyond in getting my oil changed. They clearly want everyone to have 120% done and it shows. While I was there woody Woody and his team went above and beyond in getting my oil changed. They clearly want everyone to have 120% done and it shows. While I was there woody was talking to a customer about getting something done with her car at s later date because it wouldn’t be prefect today and I think that was amazing that woody would prefer it to be done perfect the first time rather than mostly done. He even went out of his way to fit it around her schedule. I’ve been here twice and this is the only place I want to get maintenance done on my car. The first time, woody told me a part on my car was breaking and all the options and their effects. He was able to fix the part completely then and there. I mean really that customer service is out of this world. Woody is amazing at what he does. More

Poor customer service Well was told many things about repairing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Many lies from its cold out I can’t help you, to I’m waiting on Jeep, to it’s going t Well was told many things about repairing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Many lies from its cold out I can’t help you, to I’m waiting on Jeep, to it’s going to take just a day or 2 to fix! I had rust all over front bumper, back bumper was peeling off, discolored roof! Was told all of this was getting replaced!!! Well another lie picked up my Jeep someone drove 40 miles with my roof off because the screws were sitting in the cup holder! No invoice so can u say fraud! So tired of the bad customer service! Don’t buy from this place it’s one lie after another!!!! More
