Above and beyond service. Best In town Woody and his team went above and beyond in getting my oil changed. They clearly want everyone to have 120% done and it shows. While I was there woody was talking to a customer about getting something done with her car at s later date because it wouldn’t be prefect today and I think that was amazing that woody would prefer it to be done perfect the first time rather than mostly done. He even went out of his way to fit it around her schedule. I’ve been here twice and this is the only place I want to get maintenance done on my car. The first time, woody told me a part on my car was breaking and all the options and their effects. He was able to fix the part completely then and there. I mean really that customer service is out of this world. Woody is amazing at what he does. More

Poor customer service Well was told many things about repairing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Many lies from its cold out I can’t help you, to I’m waiting on Jeep, to it’s going t Well was told many things about repairing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler! Many lies from its cold out I can’t help you, to I’m waiting on Jeep, to it’s going to take just a day or 2 to fix! I had rust all over front bumper, back bumper was peeling off, discolored roof! Was told all of this was getting replaced!!! Well another lie picked up my Jeep someone drove 40 miles with my roof off because the screws were sitting in the cup holder! No invoice so can u say fraud! So tired of the bad customer service! Don’t buy from this place it’s one lie after another!!!! More

Help! I need more room! I bought a new Escape in 2017 and loved it, except I was constantly changing car seats for my 3 great-grandchildren that are often with me. I needed I bought a new Escape in 2017 and loved it, except I was constantly changing car seats for my 3 great-grandchildren that are often with me. I needed a bigger vehicle! I stopped in De Soto Auto Plaza with only 2 criteria for a different car: it had to be larger (preferably 3 row seating) and it had to be at or near my current payment. Brad searched the available vehicles until he found the perfect fit. He arranged all the financing, including trade-in of the Escape. I am so happy with the decision I made to buy the Flex, and with the excellent service Brad provided! More
