Called at 8:00 a. m. to get a price on a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. Cassandra said she was in sales (she was not) and took all info. Three hours l m. to get a price on a used vehicle that I was extremely interested in. Cassandra said she was in sales (she was not) and took all info. Three hours later, still no price. I called to speak to the sales manager, Ryan to see if he could maybe retrieve a price quicker as I was an hour and a half away. I have never been spoken so rudely to by a person in customer service management in my entire life. Minutes later, Cassandra calls back with a lie that she tried calling back to the number I gave her (an expired landline from years ago that she must have googled). After telling me the car had a clean car fax, she now claimed it was in the body shop and wouldn't be ready for photos, or a price for a month. This would have probably been an easy sale if I had been routed to an actual salesman and handled properly from the beginning. More
On July 20, 2022 I sent my 17 year old daughter to have Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they Pettus put 4 tires on my truck. And asked for an alignment since the old tires were wearing on the inside. AFTER putting the tires on my truck they told her they couldn’t align it due to 9 parts needing replaced on the front end. They provided a list of the parts needed to her. But did not send them home with her. Now driving on $854.28 in tires also wearing them down. You should inform people prior to putting part on the car that you can’t do all work asked to prevent the parts you’re installing from wearing prematurely. More
