He listened to me on what I was looking for, and checked other Auto Plaza sites to see if the vehicle was available. Later I returned to test drive a vehicle. Mr. Lakes had not come in yet so another sales agent named Bob Wilson pulled a similarly equipped vehicle to the one we were interested in, for us to test drive. We ended up liking that vehicle so much that we purchased it. Mr. Lakes handled the sale, but both he and Mr. Wilson were both very professional and easy to deal with. They made our car buying experience a pleasure. A highly recommended dealership. More

Kyle was very helpful and made sure to get the car ready to go very quickly, he was kind and made the process comfortable and stress-free; he definitely cares about customers! Jason Carr was great and showed me all of the features of the car in an understandable and kind manner; these newer cars are getting more gadgets and Jason has kept up with all the changes, great customer service! Paul Levin is a great employee at Auto Plaza and it was very nice to meet him as well, he was very personable and charismatic; it is nice to relate to people when buying a vehicle!
