I phoned the service department with the hope of getting my oil changed the same day because I was leaving for Charleston, CS the next morning. Mary, Liz and Melissa were all exceptionally helpful and courteous to me. I was able to get my car in at 4 p.m. that day. The service girls explained that I might have a small wait, but to my pleasant surprise, the oil was changed quickly and I was on my way within 30 minutes. I give them each a 10+ rating; and plan to return there again! More
