One complaint I do have is the last time I had my oil changed they said that they did and charged me to rotate my tires and did not do so. I have one different tire on the front and it has a white mark, it was still in the same spot. When I brought it to your guys' attention, they informed me that that guy got fired because he was lying about a lot of things that he said he was doing, but wasn't. I figured that since I brought that up and you guys ended up having my car for 3 days I would of got it back with the tires rotated, but did not. And just from that experience of being lied to, makes it hard not to be very suspicious when you guys do work to my car, that the work is actually being done. More
Nice dealership, but make sure you review your paperwork!! Dealership that pays good attention to customer service until it's time for numbers and paperwork and then the service takes a sharp decline. Everything was spot on, answered all questions well and in timely manner, just great dealership to work with. Until you get there... and as you're signing paperwork, you realize the numbers are off and then they are no longer willing to work with you. I still left with a nice vehicle, but a bad taste in my mouth for a dealership that wasn't very friendly at the end of the sale and felt like they tried to pull one over on you without you realizing it. More

Patience rewarded Spent about a month and a half aggravating my salesman cause I was on the fence about which trim package I wanted for my new Ram. The one I had was 15 Spent about a month and a half aggravating my salesman cause I was on the fence about which trim package I wanted for my new Ram. The one I had was 15 years old and it was time for an upgrade. And how surprised was I with all the new electronics these new vehicles possess. He allowed me all the time and courtesy in allowing me to make up my mind. Having patience gave me the opportunity to save money but also to get more truck than I would have had I just bought it the first day. Jason was great to deal with. I won’t wait 15 years for the next one. But I’m the kinda guy that keeps em if they aren’t costing me more to keep them. I just won’t wait as long. Thanks Jason More

Service Had an appt. for 2:00pm, wife arrived at 1:45. Car went into shop at 2:55. Service indicated they usually charge for diagnostics when nothing is found. Have to disagree with that statement. The care was there because the dash lights went out when driving during a rain storm. Just because you don't find a problem shouldn't mean you charge for it when car is covered under warranty. More

Poor!! Took my car in for a caliper that was locking up. Waited at least a day to find out if it was even covered under my warranty which is bumper to bumper Took my car in for a caliper that was locking up. Waited at least a day to find out if it was even covered under my warranty which is bumper to bumper. Then had to pay for a list of items that were bad because of the caliper being bad. Then on the way home the ABS light comes on and I'm charged another $100 for a $25 part that just magically went bad after they worked on the brakes!!! More
