Ben Rodgers and Gerry Hill were extremely helpful with my recent Tundra purchase. They made sure I was pleased and "taken care of" with all aspects of the purchase. This was my second purchase from Gerry H recent Tundra purchase. They made sure I was pleased and "taken care of" with all aspects of the purchase. This was my second purchase from Gerry Hill with Peterson Toyota and I will have no hesitation using them for a third. During the purchase, I had the pleasure of working with Nick Hessing (Parts/Accessories) and he was also extremely friendly and helpful. Without question I recommend Gerry Hill, Ben Rodgers and Nick Hessing of Peterson Toyota. More
Dino and Curt used everything they had to meet the high expectations I brought in to Peterson Toyota that day. They met and exceeded my expectations to every detail. I drove in to the service department expectations I brought in to Peterson Toyota that day. They met and exceeded my expectations to every detail. I drove in to the service department for routine service on my 2000 Tundra (original owner - purchased from Peterson Toyota) with an eye to a trade-in and drove out in a new 2013 RAV4. Now I have another generation of Toyota ownership and great service to look forward to. Great job! More
I have been there for service several times(3 I think) for my 2012 Camry Hybrid. It seems very odd that I can ONLY work with the assigned service person. I was standing at the "designated" counter waiti for my 2012 Camry Hybrid. It seems very odd that I can ONLY work with the assigned service person. I was standing at the "designated" counter waiting for the assigned person for 5-10 minutes while several people drove their vehicle in, got help, and went into the waiting area. This put them ahead in car washes, etc. I don't come to you guys to sit in the waiting area. The second time I came in was for the 20,000 mile service/oil change. A gal told me to be sure to come in for the next service before 25,000 miles and they would change oil, etc. But be sure it was before 25k or I'd have to pay for it. I came back just before 25k miles, and you did look at my car, but didn't change the oil, like I was told previously. I understand, it may not have been "time," but one of your employees told me one thing, and your service department did another. Having knowledgeable people would be nice, or at least the same story from different employees you have. On my last visit (25,000 mile visit) I asked for a car wash and the 25k mile service work. It was written up that way on the service ticket I signed. I was told it would be "x" amount of time. I left to grab a bite to eat and then came back to the waiting area. After a while, pretty close to the right amount of estimated time, which was great, I was called and told my vehicle was ready for me. I observed the car as I was approaching and noticed it had not been washed. I mentioned it and was told they would get right on it. The car sat there until I mentioned to someone I was still waiting......5 minutes or more later. It ended up taking an additional 30-35 minutes to get a car wash. In my mind my car probably should have slipped ahead of some of the other cars in line waiting for a wash, but it didn't. After all, some of them showed up while I was getting my keys after my service work had been "completed." Perhaps some thought on how customers feel, not just on company policy and procedures would be nice? More
Average to good service. Now that my 2007 Camry is no longer under the extended warranty, I'm finding less and less justification to go back to the dealer for service. Prices are a little higher than no longer under the extended warranty, I'm finding less and less justification to go back to the dealer for service. Prices are a little higher than non-dealer service shops, and checking in and checking out can be a little slower. Having a shuttle available is nice. Mostly I'm getting frustrated with the number of items on my well maintained Toyota, and how each one costs us more money. The dash has always made a creak when it is cold. The fan motor is already starting to squeek when it is cold. We had a tire pressure indicator light issue previously that was corrected under warranty, and just had to have another one replaced simply because it quit working.... not damaged or anything to do with new tires. Both Toyota and this dealer need to work harder to convince me that it is worth my time and money to go to them versus a reputable service shop closer to my home or work that is more affordable and hungry for my business. I'm also concerned about Toyota quality slipping. Motor and drive train are great, but the electronics and auxilary stuff seem to be after thoughts for reliability. More
Everything went flawlessly with the purchase of my car but the dealer should pay more attention to their used vehicles. Detailing of your used vehicles is poor to say the least (found a 2010 RAV4 that sti but the dealer should pay more attention to their used vehicles. Detailing of your used vehicles is poor to say the least (found a 2010 RAV4 that still had sand in it from the previous owner). The car I ended up buying was a Lexus 1-owner maintained by the dealership so I assume not much was done to detail before putting it on the lot but there was room for improvement on that as well. I'm sure a little investment on a proper detail can work wonders on impressing a customer when he/she opens the door for the first time. More
Tommy was very professional. He listened to what I wanted/needed and didn't attempt to sell me something that I didn't ask for. I got in fast, didn't have to wait long and the rep even had my car re-washed because it didn't suit her standards for her customer. even had my car re-washed because it didn't suit her standards for her customer. More
Everything went well in the service but afterwards I kept getting calls from someone at your service center telling me I didn't show up for my appointment. We moved to Boise and Service our car because we drove our Yaris Hachtback 2012 from Florida to Boise. The service was really great, was more of what we expected first because of the price and they even o our Yaris Hachtback 2012 from Florida to Boise. The service was really great, was more of what we expected first because of the price and they even offer us to wash the car. I was very impressed! We are from Puerto Rico and the Toyota dealer where they always treated our car was expensive and the service was good but didn't include these amenities. We are definitely returning! Thank you for serving our car!!! More
