I was looking for a 4runner at a good price, but couldn't find one anywhere that was reasonable. I went to Petersons and was helped by Newly, who was awesome, and gave me a really good deal. Dusty Runner was very helpful in our search for a new Highlander. We originally looked at the 2014 models but we did not like the body style. We wanted the options of a sun roof and navigation as a minimum of choices. Dusty and Todd Pritchard worked the network quite a few times and found a couple of choices in with the options that we wanted and a color that was satisfactory. Dusty was always positive and upbeat in helping us secure the model that we wanted. We would definitely work with Dusty in future purchases. More

My wife and I recently decided to purchase a new vehicle. We had decided on a small/mid-size truck and the Toyota Tacoma was our choice. We visited other dealers in the valley, but had previously purchased a Lexus through Peterson's and based the intial service and welcome we received decided that Peterson's would again be our dealer of choice. We worked with Drake Serrano primarily, he is new and was directed by Ben and Effren throughout our purchase. All of the team treated us very professionally, they were helpful, and in the end we really feel good about our decision to purchase the vehicle and to work with Peterson's again. The team kept us informed during the ordering process for our vehicle, provided many options and much information, and subsequently have offered to help us out in any way they can moving forward. The overall ratings for the dealership were brought down by a bad experience in the the service department and primarily related to one individual. Without this experience the ratings would have been 5's great all the way and that great 5 star rating fits all the individuals named above. I bought a new 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid and less than 2 weeks later returned and bought a used 2006 Toyota Highlander from the same salesman. The Highlander was purchased Saturday evening on a 3 day holiday. When I got in the vehicle for the first time since bringing it home to drive down and get it licensed the next Tuesday morning there was an immediate problem with the drivers side window and controls. I had luckily bought an extended warranty policy. The service representative I was working when I returned to the dealership was less than helpful on two separate occasions. On the other hand the salesman, accessories sales manager, the used car sales manager, and two of the business managers were exceptionally helpful interceded with the service writer and manager, arranged for a loaner, insured the vehicle was fixed and turned what was a bad experience into a good one. All of this happened while the dealership was in the midst of a major remodeling of the facilities and made things a little more difficult. I am looking forward to visiting the new look Peterson when the remodel is completed. More
