Costco directed us to their local partner, Peterson Toyota and a sales agent trained for the Costco program, Jeff Crabtree. I'll have to say, this was the easiest and most hassle free car purchase I've ever experienced. All we had to do was select the particular Camry Hybrid package we wanted (with absolutely no pressure from the sales agent), see the pre-negotiated Costco price, and buy the car. Jeff Crabtree was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the process. We highly recommend the dealership and our sales agent. More

Highlander Purchase We were introduced to Peterson through the dealership's web site. We were looking for a late model Highlander or Rav4, 2010 or newer and there were v We were introduced to Peterson through the dealership's web site. We were looking for a late model Highlander or Rav4, 2010 or newer and there were very few being sold by individuals. We came to the lot to look at and drive a 2011 Highlander. I had a couple of issues with the vehicle and went over to look at a used 2012 Limited. As I ran the numbers for a used vs a new, I realized the amount was not as great as I had imagined. Jamey asked us about our driving habits and we told him we drove a lot and had just come back from a 9,000 trip across Canada to Newfoundland. We also noted to him how long we keep our vehicles... We've had our 1999 Land Cruiser for 10 years and our 1996 T100 for 16 years. When he reminded us that at this point in our life it's OK to indulge ourselves and that we would get value out of the added enjoyment of taking a new car on our trip this summer. He was right and we couldn't be happier. The process was easy and the negotiating was straight forward. Jay Davis did a good job with the paperwork and helped us pick the right maintenance plan. Overall, my satisfaction level with Peterson based on this these couple of visits is very high. More
