Didn't fix the problem The previous time I took my RAV4 in for service I requested that they find and fix an oil leak that was dripping on my garage floor. This was not done The previous time I took my RAV4 in for service I requested that they find and fix an oil leak that was dripping on my garage floor. This was not done. On my last visit I also requested that they find and fix the oil leak, and also requested that the crush washer be replaced since I wasn't sure it had been on my last service. I was told that the technician found the leak, and for an extra cost the tech would fix it. I paid for the normal service, as well as to get the oil leak repaired, but now the leak is back and dripping on the floor. I have had many Toyota vehicles and this is the first one that drips oil, and apparently cannot be fixed by Peterson Toyota service. More

Great staff and good service as always. Took my wife's Toyota Sienna in for a recall request and a routine LOF. Service was well done as usual. The staff there is great. Routine Servicing Service Advisor Justin Wagner was very professional and polite. Brought my 4Runner in for routine servicing. Checking in for Appointment went quickly Service Advisor Justin Wagner was very professional and polite. Brought my 4Runner in for routine servicing. Checking in for Appointment went quickly and smoothly. The Estimated wait time while Servicing was done was exactly as promised. When servicing was just about finished Justin came back to me and explained to me that that the Certified Technician P. Mccoubrey detected a few potential problems that I should keep an eye on. What I liked about the whole situation was that I was not forced into having to have major work done that would have cost a lot at this time. Eventually I will need to have the work done. Parts wear out over time. Its also nice to have the Coupon Specials Peterson Auto Group gives out in their E-mail Newsletters. Who doesn't like to save a little money now and then. Overall the service was Great, Can't really complain. More
