The great service that I've come to expect. I recently had my 4Runner serviced at Peterson Toyota and once again received excellent customer service. I have worked with this dealership for nearly twenty years. I have bought multiple cars from them. I use their service department exclusively for all scheduled maintenance and repairs (which I never have because I buy Toyota). I have always received quality service from Peterson's and their customer service is outstanding. I trust them to do the work right the first time. I highly recommend doing business with them. More

Great cars We just purchased our third Toyota Prius from Peterson Toyota. The first was in 2011 and our salesman was Ben Rodgers. He explained very thoroughly ab We just purchased our third Toyota Prius from Peterson Toyota. The first was in 2011 and our salesman was Ben Rodgers. He explained very thoroughly about the Prius and its operation, various options, and was very knowledgeable, not a question I had that he could not answer. I was impressed by this young man. When we traded this February we asked for Ben and he was still on the sales floor and helped get us into a newer model. Last week I decided it was time for my old Ford to go and again asked for Ben. He again helped us to get a great used Prius. He is friendly beyond the sale and really cares about his customers satisfaction. By the way Jay has also been great in getting us in and out of the finance office quickly. More

Maybe. I don't know if I would recommend this service center. It depends on what service is being done, and I would tell my friend before they go to be prepared for numerous annoying emails trying to get you to take a survey about how friendly the dealership is even though every person you come in contact with tells you that the survey has to be answered with all perfect scores or they won't get paid. It's not a real, honest survey when the employees have to tell you how to answer the questions... More
Parts and service people are great. Sales exp. was bumpy. I have owned by Prius for a year and everyone in the parts and service departments has been terrific. The original sales person, Mike, was attentive, sincere, and respectful. The second, less-experienced, sales person referred to me as "sweetie" (I am a woman in her 50s and a university professor) and the finance person insisted on directing his comments to my husband, who was not involved in the purchase of the car. The final sales price was exactly one cent over the price I had agreed to and the finance person made sure to alert me to that fact. I had already written my check for the price previously quoted to me but dug the penny out of my pocket to facilitate the conclusion of a rather unpleasant week's worth of interactions with these two individuals. Needless to say, I was nervous about the treatment I would receive from the post-sales staff but they have been great. I wouldn't be comfortable recommending the front end (except for Mike) but have been pleased with the back end. More
