Exceptional Service! I had my Toyota Highlander serviced for two different recalls. Sam Luna went above and beyond during my three hours at your center. He happily took the time to explain each step of the recall process, what was being done and why it was important to do it. I have had my care serviced before at other locations and have never had the amount of respect or friendliness that Sam offered during my time there. During the service of my car and after Sam checked in with me to make sure I was happily accommodated. After the service Sam took the time to introduce me to a sales representative because I was interested in selling my Highlander. Sam waited with me until the representative could meet with me. Even though I did not sell due to the representative being unprofessional, my experience with Sam brightened my day. I can honestly say that I have never had such a pleasant experience getting my car serviced and it was one hundred percent due to Sam. I would highly recommend Sam to all my friends who are in need of service. More

Simple flat repair gone wrong! I spent my Saturday morning changing a flat tire on my car, the same flat tire that had been into Peterson Toyota Scion service twice before to be rep I spent my Saturday morning changing a flat tire on my car, the same flat tire that had been into Peterson Toyota Scion service twice before to be repaired. Upon my third visit for the same tire, I was told the tire was beyond a simple flat repair. My first visit was for a slow leak, that would lose pressure over the course of 3 weeks, the work was not completed successfully. I took my car in for scheduled maintenance and to have the tire repaired a second time since it still had the same slow leak. This time the tire went completely flat 2 days later. I was told the third time I would have to pay an additional $200+ dollars to have the tire replaced. I believe that If it was repaired correctly the first two times It wouldn't need to be replaced. The Peterson Service Associate told me that "there is nothing I can do about the past, and that there was no excuse why the tire wasn't repaired right" but failed to offer me any compensation for the time and money spent for the first repairs on the tire. Furthermore, I was told 5 days prior to this visit my tires were at a 7 out of 10 and didn't need replacing. This visit, It was recommended that I replace all of the tires, and I was told about a special they were running on tires. To me, and I have paperwork showing my tires were in great condition, it sounds like either someone didn't care to do a proper service on my car the first time I went in or they were just trying to sell me a new set of tire to meet a quota. I won't be dealing with Peterson service anymore. I've spent too much time and money trying to get something simple fixed. I may take my car into another dealership just to make sure the services have been done correctly and my car is in a good of shape as I am led to believe. I am very disappointed with the level of service my car has received. I have always been treated nicely while in the service center, but be aware of the level of care your new car may receive. More

The Missed Opportunity I brought my car in for an oil change. The customer service person asked if we would like our car washed. We said yes and went home. When we picked up the car on the next day the oil change had been done and your representative said that she was sure the car was washed. It would be available in a moment. When the car arrived, it had not been washed. We did not say anything, but did drive to a car wash and have it cleaned. More

wait 5hrs no call made appoint 9 am 5/16 Friday for RAV4 recall. Service tell me about 2-3 hrs for repair. I stay at waiting room till 1:45 pm no one come to call. I saw a car like my car stop at front of service depart. I went out check, yes it's mine. I went to service ask what I saw to got my car. I believe the car already done much early. But no one tell me. If I don't go out to check, don't know how long I will waiting at the room. Totally unacceptable service. More
