Happy I had a Lexus in California and a Toyota Camry in Australia, decided to come back to the States, to Boise ID and buy a another Toyota. The best place to go to in Boise was the biggest Toyota dealership, Peterson Toyota of course. Bought another Toyota Camry, and could`t be happier. Tinted I had my window's tinted on my new car. Though the service was good, it wasn't great. When I think great service, I think, "Man, that was awesome. I'd I had my window's tinted on my new car. Though the service was good, it wasn't great. When I think great service, I think, "Man, that was awesome. I'd totally come back here." This time, like others, was simply, "Meh, I'm getting work done here because it's under warranty." Justin was good and treated me right. The courtesy van driver was good, but even though I was the first in the van and had to wait 20 minutes for the third drop-off to get in the van, I was the last dropped off. Even though the location I wanted dropped off at was on the way to the other two drop-offs. The driver could ask if the rider knows the best way to where they're going. A simple left and the driver could have dropped me off, and then the next two in nearly a linear fashion. The prices seem inordinately high for a 4 window tint job, but people expect higher prices with dealers. It's like getting popcorn and coke at the movies; you pay the prices because it's convenient. The one thing that should be noted about the service is that whomever did the tint service was either wearing non-soft gloves or has long fingernails or was wearing finger jewelry, as I had light scratches under every single door handle. I was able to spend about 30 minutes with a soft towel buffing them out, but it still concerned me. More
Warranty service Came in for regular maintenance, was told it would take about an hour. I came back in an hour, and the car was outside looking like it was ready to b Came in for regular maintenance, was told it would take about an hour. I came back in an hour, and the car was outside looking like it was ready to be picked up. Turned out that the mechanic said the engine and passenger compartment air cleaners should be replaced, and I approved this to be done when I came back. It took another hour for the car to be taken back into the service area, the filters changed, and the car brought back out for me to take home. It seemed to me that it would have been more efficient if I had been called about the filters when the car was being serviced and the filter issue identified the first time it was in the service area. An hour seems like a long time to drop a couple of air filters in, and I suspect the mechanic got busy with another job to do before he could get back to my job. I could have OK'd the air cleaners as soon as anyone might have called me about it when it was in the service area originally, which is actually what's always happened in the past when I've brought vehicles in for service and something was found that needed fixing. More

Post 90,000 mile service issue handled superbly Tires rotated during 90,000 mile service. Afterwards at freeway speed had a vibration in the front end. The service crew checked it out and gave me a thorough report. The tires were all in balance but all were out of round with one being more so than the others. Possibly from sitting in one place a lot. My vehicle frequently sits for a week or more. Since the tires showed only 1/32 of wear and the previous owner did not buy them from Toyota or Peterson and they are not a brand they carry they recommended getting some more life out of the tires. They then moved the most out of round tire to the back of the vehicle. All at no charge. Drove it on the freeway today and the vibration was all but gone. Thanks for a great service experience. More

Good Quality Peterson has always been a positive experience in the past with my previous vehicles. I bout a newer vehicle and the manufacturer has Peterson as the Peterson has always been a positive experience in the past with my previous vehicles. I bout a newer vehicle and the manufacturer has Peterson as the only certified dealer/repair center in the valley, so I want my car to be well maintained. It isn't as cheap as a quick lube job from anywhere else, but I know it is done right. More
