Getting Hitched After looking online at aftermarket hitches I decided on going with the Toyota Hitch Kit. I talked to Pat in accessories who quoted me a great price a After looking online at aftermarket hitches I decided on going with the Toyota Hitch Kit. I talked to Pat in accessories who quoted me a great price and mentioned I would get a discount with my Costco membership. He ordered the part called me when it came in and set me up for an install appointment the next day. I waited in the waiting area and used the free wifi and coffee. When the work was done Pat showed me the work and got me on my way. Hands down the easiest dealership transaction I've ever had. More
Alignment I own a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I got at Peterson Toyota. On Sat I took it to Stampede at Toyota's request for an oil change. They did not wash it, e I own a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I got at Peterson Toyota. On Sat I took it to Stampede at Toyota's request for an oil change. They did not wash it, even at my request and mis-charged me until I noticed it was wrong. Then on Tues I took it for alignment. They broke the tie rod sleeve and had to keep it over night for parts and to fix it. I had to miss time from work to go get my Jeep. Then they wanted to charge me for the labor to install the part they broke. I clarified and only paid for the alignment. They also did not wash my Jeep. The female customer service person was polite and apologetic and stated the Jeep would need a detail because of the CB antennae sticking out would not fit in the regular wash chute. She advised she would look into this and never got back to me. I would like to be compensated for the time I had to take off of work to get my Jeep. If the dealership had not broken the part, I would not have needed to leave work early. I would also like to have a free detail (inside and out) of my Jeep since no one was able to tell me why it could not be washed until they were closing and I had to take it. More

Once I arrived for my appointment I was told that my vehicle needed different or additional services with the estimated cost of over $1,100. Needless to say I was in shock being asked to pay three times what I had planned on. More

Excellent Service I don't take my car anywhere else.
